Returns & Exchanges

At Brodie, we always want to ensure you are delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes a style just doesn’t work for you, and you may want an exchange or a refund.

We offer free returns on all non-sale items. Items must be posted back to us within 14 days of order delivery.  

Any requests for a return outside of this period will be at our discretion.

Please do contact us at hello@brodiecashmere.com to notify us of your return. We will provide you a shipping label, at our cost, to return the item on. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any returns which do not reach us.

All items are inspected on return, if an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund and you will have the option, at your cost, for having this sent back to you.

All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse, this is normally done within 48 hours but please allow up to 7 days. If you need to swap to a different colour or size, please place a new order and we will refund your original one.

Sale Returns

Orders containing Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and will be at the customers expense.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are really sorry if you have received a faulty or an incorrect Brodie item. Please email us at hello@brodiecashmere.com where we will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
