This season, the Brodie team took to Coterie New York to showcase our SS26 collection. From busy days on the show floor to evenings soaking up the city’s energy, it was a week full of inspiration, connection, and a few unforgettable New York moments.

Where To Stay

Arlo Hotel Midtown, Midtown Manhattan, New York

We checked into the Arlo Midtown Hotel, perfectly located for both the shows and exploring the city. After long days at Coterie and Brand Assembly, the rooftop bar was our go-to spot, sipping cocktails while overlooking the Empire State Building was a pinch-me New York moment.

Catch-up dinners at Arlo

Nothing beats winding down over great food and conversation. We had a lovely dinner with our sales agents at our hotel, sharing stories from all over the States. It was fascinating to hear how different regions approach buying, what trends resonate more strongly in one state versus another, and how regional style preferences shape the way collections are received.

Japanese BBQ night at Gyu-Kaku

Times Square, 321 W. 44th St, Unit 103, New York

One evening, we ventured to Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ in Midtown East. It’s one of those grill-your-own spots, where you cook meats and veggies right at the table over a smokeless grill. Sarah was a pro at turning the cuts perfectly, and we all agreed the harami skirt steak and kalbi short rib were highlights of the night.

Evening Strolls

Walking through Times Square at night brought all the buzz and magic of New York. And yes, we even spotted a DeLorean!

Highlights From Coterie & Brand Assembly

Of course, the heart of our trip was Coterie and Brand Assembly. Both shows gave us something different:

Coterie was bustling with energy, full of buyers eager to see what’s new.
Brand Assembly offered a calmer, more intimate vibe with music and space for longer chats.

Hearing customer feedback on our collections is always the best part—discovering what pieces worked last season, how buyers are styling Brodie, and what they’re most excited about for SS26.

While walking the floor, a few standout trends caught our eye:
